SNF Metrics Platform Enhancements
Based on customer requests, we’ve greatly improved our platform so that our SNF partners can improve their operation and level of patient care. We integrated with new software systems so that we can support even more operators. We performed 10 updates to the platform which is incredible. These updates speed processing, reports generation, platform security, and overall reliability. Finally, we worked with many of you to update our existing reports and generate new ones based upon need, new regulatory requirements and learning from you how to make operators even more efficient.
