We’ve been busy this summer! In the past 30 days alone, SNF Metrics has provided our customers with three major report updates, with this one being launched today:
1. My Bundles – Streamlined Reporting at Your Fingertips
August 25, 2025 – SNF Metrics has launched My Bundles, a powerful new tool to save SNF staff and operators time and simplify their SNF Metrics reporting workflows.
With My Bundles, you can group multiple reports together, run them all at once, and download them as a single PDF. Ideal for those who regularly review the same set of reports, this feature eliminates the need to run each one individually—just create your bundle once and reuse it anytime.
Highlights:
- Personal to each user for maximum customization
- Filters can be preset or adjusted at run-time
- Facility selection available at run-time for precise reviews
- Time-saving and simple to use
This release is part of our ongoing mission to help operators work smarter, not harder—delivering actionable insights faster than ever.

2. Custom Resident Assessment Mapping – Tailored Clinical Oversight
August 7, 2025 – Our new Custom Resident Assessment Mapping feature gives SNF staff and operators more control over their clinical data by allowing them to map resident assessments directly into the Assessment Response Review report in the Clinical Dashboard.
Now, operators can quickly align care plans, documentation, and audits in one view. Supported assessments include Admission, Baseline Care Plans, Elopement, High-Risk Falls, and Weight Tracking and more.
How to Use the New Feature
This enhancement allows clients with the Clinical Dashboard to tailor the “Assessment Response Review” Report to reflect specific assessments from their EMR.
Step 1: Go to Report Settings
Navigate to the left-side menu and click “Report Settings” under Report Settings > Clinical.
Step 2: Add a New Assessment
Click on the “+ Assessment” button in the “Assessment Response Review” section.
This will open a list of all assessments available in PCC. Simply select the one(s) you want added to the report.

Step 3: View in the Report
Once added, go to the “Assessment Response Review” Report found in the Clinical Dashboard. You’ll now see your selected assessment in the dropdown.
When you visit the “Assessments Response Review” Report, the new assessment will appear in the dropdown filter.

Why This Matters
Already, clients can:
- Update Admission Assessments, which reflect in the New Admit Audit Report
- Add Baseline Care Plans, which also show up in the New Admit Audit Report
- Map Elopement Assessments into the Elopement Audit Report
- Link High-Risk Falls Assessments to the High Risk Falls Report
- Track Weight Loss or Gain through the Clinical Report
We strongly recommend that every facility assign a SNF Metrics Portal Administrator to manage these settings. While this is part of our onboarding process with new clients, we typically reach out to existing clients only if we detect issues.
If your team doesn’t have a designated administrator or needs help updating settings, please contact our support team-we’re here to help!

3. User Audit Tool – Transparency in Permission Management
August 8, 2025 – SNF Metrics has introduced a powerful new system administration feature designed to give nursing home operators more transparency and control over their user access management: the User Audit Tool, now available through the SNF Metrics platform.
This update provides a User Change History page that allows SNF Metrics administrators to track modifications to user permissions—providing essential insights into who made access changes, when they occurred, and what was altered. The tool was developed in response to a client request to improve visibility into permission-related updates that often go unnoticed but can significantly affect operational efficiency.
Quote:
“This is a wonderful new feature on the portal,” said Adi Shachar, a member of the SNF Metrics team. “It’s already proven to be extremely useful and improves our efficiency and ability to assist clients. We’ve had many ask who changed a user’s access, and now we have that answer immediately.”
With this feature, users can view:
- Which SNF Metrics user profile was changed
- The date and time of the change
- What specific permissions were modified
- Who made the change
- Whether the update was done directly or through a role reassignment
By bringing this level of transparency to user management, SNF Metrics helps ensure that care teams can maintain uninterrupted access to the tools and data they rely on to deliver high-quality care and optimize reimbursement opportunities.
For more information or support using the new User Audit Tool, clients are encouraged to contact the SNF Metrics Customer Care team.
