With over 20 years of clinical and SNF expertise, Lisa has built a career specializing in clinical reimbursement, MDS/PDPM processes, and staff education. Her extensive background includes roles such as Clinical Account Specialist and Regional Clinical Reimbursement Consultant, where she honed her skills in training, client support, and optimizing care strategies.
In her new role, Lisa will focus on building strong client relationships, driving engagement, and ensuring customers maximize the value of SNF Metrics’ analytics platforms.
